60% Pinot Noir 40% Chardonnay in first press, wine from a single year.

Minimum of 6 years in the cellar.

To the eyes : Yellow straw colour, gold, fine bubbles.

In the nose : Fairly sustained fragrance, powerful and generous.

In the mouth : Supple and round, with some notes of candied fruit, honey and toast. Good length in the mouth.

Food pairing : Perfect as an aperitif. Also good with scallops, fish, game and poultry.
