Prestige Grand Cru, A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in Grand Cru from our Bouzy Barber Louvet terroir

Brut - 9 gr sugar/L

OIL
Chalky – clayey – Vignoble Bouzy, Ay, Louvois 100%

BLEND
Blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay as first press or cuvée. Blend of 30 - 40% of reserve wines.

Minimum of 18 months in the cellar.

TASTING NOTES
To the eyes : Pale yellow robe.

In the nose : Dominant white fruit, apple, pear, slight grapefruit note.

In the mouth : Generous, invigorating Champagne, zesty white fruits.

Food pairing : This champagne will be enjoyed during your aperitifs, cocktails and starters and with foie gras.
