Rhum Rhum PMG (which means For Marie-Galante) is a white rum that is the result of a collaboration between Lucas Gargano and Gianni Vittorio Capovilla. It is an agricultural rum produced exclusively from the juice of sugar cane grown on the island, fermented at around 22°C for 7 to 9 days. Once distilled (in a copper still from the Müller brand), the rum is left to rest for at least a year in a stainless steel tank before bottling. With an alcohol content of 41°, this Rhum Rhum PMG is a perfect expression of the tradition of agricultural rum.
The white Rhum Rhum PMG is available in two variants: a reduced version at 41% (green label) and a 56% version (orange label).
