Collaboration with Caffè Vivaldi Florence
From April 2, 2026, VIVALDI FIRENZE—a historic venue in the heart of the San Niccolò neighborhood, in the evocative setting of Via dei Renai—is expanding its identity, becoming not only a bar, ice cream parlor, bistro, and cultural hub, but also a "Wine Place," thanks to its partnership with Vinoteca al Chianti and Selezione Formigli.
You can purchase wines to-go or enjoy them comfortably at your table, choosing from the 158 labels already on our wine list: 66 red wines, 43 sparkling wines, 37 white wines, 5 rosés, and 8 sweet and sipping wines. Upon request, an even wider selection from our cellar, featuring thousands of labels, will also be available.
We will offer attractive prices for both dine-in and take-out, with a selection spanning all of Italy, with a particular focus on Tuscany, including Champagne, Burgundy, fine French wines, German Rieslings, and Austrian wines.
We will periodically organize meetings, tastings, and wine presentations paired with food: informal, engaging, and high-quality events, as well as themed evenings and tastings by reservation.
Andrea and his staff look forward to accompanying you on a journey of taste based on research, passion, and excellent proposals.
For us, this project represents an important opportunity to create new "Wine Places," enhancing our historic cellar, the Vinoteca, and a carefully selected wine list.
