lattina 5 litri, bottiglia 750 ml,
bottiglia 500 ml.
Raccolta:
la raccolta viene effettuata a
mano tra il 20 Ottobre e il 20
Novembre
direttamente dalla pianta per
brucatura.
Frangitura:
il raccolto della giornata viene
trasferito al frantoio, molito la
sera
stessa ed estratto a freddo.
L’intero processo è
documentato per
garantire la tracciabilità del
prodotto.
Conservazione:
l’olio é filtrato e imbottigliato
presso il centro aziendale.
Conservare
le lattine e le bottiglie ben
chiuse in un locale fresco,
asciutto e non
direttamente esposto alla luce
solare. L’olio così conservato è
ottimo
per almeno 18 mesi dal
confezionamento.

the olive groves are situated
at foothill of Castagneto
Carducci, extended for 6
hectares where 1300 plants
in specialized cultivation
are grown in pots.
Annual production:
45 hectolitres (on average).
Formats:
5 litres tin, 750 ml bottle,
500 ml bottle.
Harvest:
the hand harvest takes place
between the 20th of
October and the 20th of
November, directly from the
plant by stripping.
Oil mill:
the harvest of the day is
transferred to the mill,
milled on the same evening
and cold extracted. The
whole process is controlled
to ensure the product’s
traceability.
Storage:
the oil is filtered and bottled
directly at the farm estate.
Preserve the tins and the
bottles closed, in a cool dry
space not exposed to direct
sunlight. The oil so
preserved is good for at
least 18 months after
packaging.
