Nose
Very mature. White cheese with peach that slowly dissolves in favor of very warm notes. Delicate and deep, somewhat waxy. It is relatively mild, however.
Taste
Creamy but fluid, superb texture. Ripe fruit. Bunnahabhain is still a distillery that I can not easily associate words with.
Finish
Deep and long, sparkling and slightly tart.
