Brut - 9 gr sugar/L

Chalky – clayey – Vignoble Bouzy, Ay, Louvois 100%

Blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay as first press or cuvée. Blend of 30 - 40% of reserve wines.
 

Minimum of 18 months in the cellar.

To the eyes : Pale yellow robe.

In the nose : Dominant white fruit, apple, pear, slight grapefruit note.
