The Champagne comes with a fluid, light and luminous colour of strawberry pink with purplish pink hints. It is crossed by fine and vivid bubbles providing for a delicate string. The visual sensation indicates a rich wine with aromatic nuances.

The first nose appears enchanting. It evokes scents of creamy chalk, strawberry, blackcurrant, pink grapefruit. When aerated it develops into a mineral note of humus-rich soil mixed with scents of rose bush wood, blueberry with a peony fragrance and peppery hints.

The attack is fresh and soft with creamy and soft effervescence.
The Champagne develops a fruity and voluptuous substance held by a well-integrated strawberry acidity.
The middle mouth is orchestrated by a clay-chalky minerality which gives power, elegance and length.
The elegant freshness on a note of grapefruit and raspberry comes as an echo in the final, only shaded by a hint of wheat completed by minty and peppery notes of great finesse.

The cuvée Grand Cru Rosé is a Champagne seduction which will echo fleshy and spicy meals. We can suggest a temperature between 9 and 12°C with the following food pairings:
