The vintage stays in the cellar for 4 to 5 years, which gives it more round and intense aromas
When served, has a beautiful sparkle forming a cordon of white and creamy froth. An old golden yellow colour with amber reflections.
The first nose is open and develops to aromas of ripe fruits and crystallised fruits. When aired, we notice hints of gingerbread, cinnamon and toasted bread. The final gives a touch of fig.
A strong mouth, solid balance with honey and body. The finale is open and winey.
