Montigny sous Chatillon, Vallée de la Marne with our Chardonnay from Vitry. Champagne "Les Vignes de Montigny" is made from two plots on the southern slopes of Montigny. The exposure is due south on sands and marls, a mixture of clay and limestone called Marne. The plots are made up of young Pinot Noir (15 years old) and very old Meunier vines (65 years old).

90% Meunier, 10% Chardonnay
Method
The wine is made in vats and barrels ( 70% - 30%) – Aging on lees. Without malolactic fermentation. Prolonged aging on lees in bottles (3 to 4 years).
Dosage: 3g/L
Style
To the eye, the wine is a golden colour. To the nose, the aromas are generous and fruity. On the palate, the flavour is supple and creamy. The wine is full-bodied, hearty, providing a lingering finish.
